Yes, we follow global quality standards and operate under ISO 9001 (or equivalent) frameworks to ensure consistency, traceability, and reliability.
“Maker to Customer” means we do not use intermediaries or middlemen. We deliver products directly from our manufacturing facility to your doorstep, thereby reducing cost, improving communication, and streamlining delivery.
Simply upload your drawings, 3D models, or specification details (e.g. dimensions, tolerances, materials, quantities) to us via our “Get Instant Quote” form, or email them directly. Our team will respond with a detailed quote and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback.
We aim to provide quotations as quickly as possible—often within a few hours or same day, depending on complexity and clarity of the design data you submit. (We offer 24×7 quotation support.)
Yes. Our engineering team reviews submitted designs, suggests improvements or adjustments (DFM inputs) to optimize manufacturability, reduce cost, and ensure feasibility.
Our MOQ depends on product type, complexity, material, and process. For many sheet metal or simple wiring harness orders, we can accept low- to medium-volume runs. For precise MOQ details, please request a quote with your specifications.
Absolutely. We support prototyping, pilot runs, and small-batch production to validate your design before scaling up.
Yes, within the bounds of manufacturability. We work with a variety of sheet metals (steel, stainless, aluminum, etc.) and wiring/harness materials. If your material is nonstandard, share its specification and we can evaluate feasibility.
We accept standard engineering file formats such as DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, and PDFs. If you have other formats, get in touch and we’ll see how best to handle them.
We have in-house quality control protocols. We inspect critical dimensions, tolerances, material properties, finishing, and functional testing (especially for wiring harnesses). We maintain traceability and quality documentation as per ISO / internal procedures.
Lead time depends on complexity, volume, finishing, and whether tooling is required. For simple parts, lead times could range from a few days to a couple of weeks. For complex large orders or assemblies, timelines may be longer. We will specify the expected lead time in the quote.
Yes, we offer secondary finishes and surface treatments as part of our in-house services or via vetted partners, depending on your requirement (e.g. powder coating, anodizing, plating).
Yes, we offer integration, assembly, and sub assemblies to deliver ready-to-use modules or components as required by our clients.
We procure materials based on confirmed orders, maintain strategic inventory for common materials, and optimize procurement to ensure cost efficiency and timely supply.
Tolerance capabilities depend on the process, material, and complexity. For example, CNC machined parts may allow tighter tolerances than sheet metal bending. We will specify achievable tolerances per component in our quote and inspection plan.
Yes — we serve global customers across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, etc. We have export-ready infrastructure, logistics partners, and capabilities to manage cross-border shipping.
We work with trusted logistics and freight forwarding partners to handle domestic and international shipments. We can coordinate with your preferred carriers if needed.
We use sturdy, protective, and appropriate packaging (wooden crates, bubble wrap, foam padding, etc.) to ensure the parts reach you without damage. Sensitive or delicate components (e.g. wiring harnesses) get extra protection.
We operate 365 days a year and aim for timely dispatch of orders, as committed in the order agreement.
Customer satisfaction is critical. If defects or deviations are identified, you should notify us within the agreed inspection window. We will evaluate, rectify, replace, or rework the parts depending on the agreement and root cause.
Pricing depends on factors such as material cost, part complexity, quantity, tolerances, finishing, tooling, assembly, logistics, and quality inspection requirements. We strive to offer competitive pricing without compromising quality.
Payment terms vary by order size, customer history, shipping mode, and mutual agreement. Typically, we may require an advance deposit, with balance payment before or upon shipping. For long-term clients, we may negotiate favorable credit terms.
If tooling, fixtures, or specialized setup are required, these costs may be factored in separately or amortized into unit price. We will clearly specify tooling costs in the quotation.
Yes — for larger volumes, repeat orders, or long-term engagements, we are open to volume-based discounts or special pricing structures.
The quote we provide will aim to be transparent, indicating whether taxes, duties, packaging, or freight are included or extra. For international orders, import duties and local taxes at destination may not be covered unless specifically included under agreed terms (e.g. DDP, CIF).
Yes — we provide ongoing technical support to address any queries, performance issues, or modifications post-delivery.
Yes — we can review your existing parts, provide reverse engineering, redesign suggestions, or improvements to manufacturability, cost, or performance.
Yes — we understand the importance of intellectual property (IP) and can execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) or confidentiality agreements as required.
Yes, depending on capacity and schedule, we may be able to fast-track urgent orders. Extra costs may apply; contact us with your timeline and requirement and we’ll evaluate feasibility.
Yes — visits may be arranged by appointment. We welcome client factory visits or audits, subject to prior scheduling and adherence to safety protocols.

Yes, for key components or parts, we can maintain buffer stock or spare inventory for future orders, especially for long-term projects or clients.
Yes — for mature clients or projects, we can support scheduled delivery, Kanban systems, JIT (Just-In-Time) delivery or consignment stock models as per agreement.
Depending on where the order is in the production cycle, changes or cancellations may incur charges. If tooling has begun or material is procured, modification costs may apply. We define change/cancellation policies in the order agreement.
