Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising manufacturing processes to ensure optimal productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee production activities.
  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
  • Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare production reports and documentation.
  • Maintain workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
  • BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Fresher / Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and tools.
  • Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen principles preferred.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or production planning tools.
