AMADA LCG 3015

The CNC laser cutting machine is used to cut metals such as Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum with high precision and speed. Laser provides excellent cut quality and productivity. Laser technology has high capital equipment, running and maintenance cost. We have state of the art CNC laser machines of make AMADA LCG 3015. Our machine delivers higher speed and faster acceleration processing by utilizing a carriage with a lower center of gravity and the latest motion system incorporating high torque motors and helical rack drives. Combined with a CO₂ Oscillator designed with a, cutting mode similar to a Fiber Laser, the LCG 3015 enhances processing speeds and productivity in the thin to medium thick material range

AMADA ENSIS 4020 AJ (FIBER LASER)

Fiber lasers were claimed to be advantageous in cutting thin materials Faster and thick material high finish quality similar to co2 laser. The ENSIS has expanded the thickness range of materials to be cut while retaining the characteristic capability of fiber lasers to cut thin materials.

The conventional wisdom about fiber lasers in overturned by Amada’s original and latest beam control technology installed on the ENSIS.

AMADA CNC BENDING MACHINE RG M2 1003

CNC bending machine is a highly automated bending process. It allows high dimensional accuracy and design flexibility.
The process provides excellent repeatability. Our team uses software ABE Bend with VPSS (virtual prototyping simulation system) helps to eliminate the guess work from each process.
We have capacity 100 Tons and Bending length Up to 3.2 meters. We can offer Bending up to 8 mm thickness for sheet steel.
